Ryan Notzen is an associate at Andrews and Price with a focus on real estate and tax assessment law. Ryan works with School Districts and taxpayers to resolve tax assessment appeals on residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014. He received a J.D. from Duquesne University in 2021 and was active in Trial Advocacy and the Urban Development Clinic in law school. While in the Urban Development Clinic, Ryan worked with local governments on issues related to the Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservatorship Act.

Prior to joining Andrews and Price, Ryan worked as a litigator at two small local firms. He has experience representing clients in administrative hearings and arguing motions in Court. When he is not working, Ryan enjoys spending time outside and is an avid reader. Ryan is admitted to practice in all three Federal Districts in Pennsylvania.
