Amy Schrempf  joined Andrews & Price in December of 2020 as an associate attorney. She came from a small law firm with a focus on municipal representation. Amy has served as solicitor for various municipal clients including boroughs, townships, school districts, water and sewer authorities and zoning boards, addressing all issues related to such appointments. She has also been involved in municipal construction and financing, serving as Owner’s counsel in nine (9) municipal bond issues, ranging from 1.8 million to 15 million dollars, and serving as Owner’s counsel in seven (7) PennVest loan closures.

Amy has had substantial litigation experience, both in matters of general litigation and areas of municipal interests, including numerous eminent domain matters in multiple counties in Western Pennsylvania.

Amy recently finished a 12-year term as a Board Member with the Allegheny County Board of Property Assessment Appeals and Review, where she served as board chair for the final 7 years of her tenure.
