Lee V. Price is a senior partner of Andrews & Price. He has developed an expertise in the area of public sector law. He ably fills the needs of the firm’s school clients in dealing with the ever-growing governmental regulations that impact upon both the employee and employer.

 

To best serve his clients, Mr. Price keeps current with public contracting laws, as well as the many regulations promulgated by local, state and federal agencies. He holds seminars for our clients on the subjects of labor relations, civil rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and sexual harassment. He also conducts seminars for PASBO and PSBA, as well as local school groups and intermediate units.

 

Mr. Price represents a number of school districts throughout southwestern Pennsylvania, serving as their solicitor and labor counsel. He has served as chief negotiator for numerous public employers in regard to collective bargaining against unions representing teachers, skilled trades, support staff, custodians, bus drivers, secretarial, police and security. He brings an all inclusive perspective to his work, covering such areas as solicitor, financing, construction, personnel matters and contract negotiations. 

 

Mr. Price is a past President of the Pennsylvania School Board’s Solicitor Association, and a former member of the PSBA’s Executive Board.
